Heal N Cure has adopted a management structure with corporate associations and is working to enhance regulatory affairs centred on strengthening the functions of the Board of Directors and the Board of Corporate Auditors. Regarding business execution, we have introduced an executive officer system to improve management efficiency and speed up decision-making, while regarding important matters of business execution, depending on the importance and content of management issues such as the "Management Meeting".
